Response Times
Please allow 2 - 3 business days for an initial email response, and 3 - 5 days for a custom commission response. I try to respond to as soon as possible but depending on the complexity of the email/revisions and life it could take longer!
Revisions
For most projects, there is no limit to revisions and no extra cost per revision within each stage. However, if you need to make drastic revisions (for example going back to a different sketch after we’ve started color) there may be hourly charges.
This also applies if revisions become too extensive, even within the revision windows for each stage - I will let you know if that time is approaching.
I want you to feel freedom to explore different concepts and make small revisions in each following stage, so I’m very careful about enforcing this policy - it’s very uncommon.
Contact
This is uncommon, but if I can’t reach you after 3+ months I will have to close out your project. If something comes up and you need more time, or we can take a pause and readjust your timeline - just let me know!
File Storage
After the package is sent and the project closed out, I can’t guarantee I’ll have your files down the line. That said, I have everything backed up in the cloud and keep projects saved indefinitely.
