No one likes lost mail but don’t worry, we have a pretty sweet return/replacement policy. You can find more info on our policies and submit a request below!

Missing, incorrect or damaged orders

Missing orders. USPS is still experiencing longer shipping times and more frequent missing or delayed orders. If you’re able, waiting 10 - 14 business days before submitting a claim helps us greatly! If your order hasn’t shown up within 7 business days (or your order is time-sensitive) please contact us for a replacement or refund.

Incorrect orders. Submit a form for a replacement or refund here. Feel free to send the sticker back to [po box] keep it or give it away!

Damaged orders. Submit a form for a replacement or refund here. We will replace orders that have been damaged in the mail or products that have flaws or issues we may have missed.
